My Story

Diane’s career has always centered around people, leadership, and building strong relationships. After owning and operating a successful franchise business for more than a decade, she developed a deep appreciation for strategy, service, and the impact of clear guidance. In 2019, she transitioned into financial services, where she found a meaningful way to help individuals, families, and business owners prepare for the future with confidence. 

Whether in business or on the volleyball court, Diane values teamwork and communication- and yes, she uses an underhand serve on the court. She believes that strong fundamentals, consistency, and trust are what keep the rally going and drive meaningful progress toward shared goals.

My Bio

As an Associate at The Lyon Group, Diane contributes to the development and implementation of extensive financial strategies for individuals, families, and business owners. She focuses on retirement income planning, protection strategies, managing costs for extended periods of care considerations, and wealth transfer solutions — ensuring each recommendation aligns with the client’s broader goals.

Her experience as a former small business owner gives her unique perspective when advising entrepreneurs. Known for her steady presence, Diane helps clients break down complex financial topics into practical, confident next steps.

Diane is married and the proud mom of two adult sons. When not meeting with clients, you’ll likely find her playing one of many sports, golf, volleyball, or bowling—or enjoying one of Cincinnati’s great local restaurants or breweries. “I thrive on connection, whether it’s over a shared meal, a walk in nature, or a conversation that helps bring clarity to someone’s financial goals,” says Diane.
